Well, the free trial is not that free. As after you choose the plan (after the trial), they charge ur money at the same moment. Exercise are ok. More seems like stretching, but yeah, if not paid I would skip the app after the trial

I singed up for free trial and they charged me 79.99 I asked them to refund and I don’t want to continue and it’s been 3 months there is no one who can refund my money back

My dreams are to have a slim body I’m starting with my stomach and and then finishing the rest of my body and I feel super confident with this app .

Personally I don’t like taking 40-60 minutes of my day to workout but this is only about 8 mins so it’s quick and easy to get fit and stay fit
