Märkliga övningar
Jag skulle träna armar väljer då ett program, vad får jag göra 4x 30 sek hip plank?!? Hur tränar jag armar då? Om man följer 28 dagar så blir det ganska tråkigt med alldeles för mycket av samma övningar
Major Issues
1. Ad promised free, when I downloaded it now promised a one week trial period, but instead I was charged and subscription started immediately. 2. Your ads promised and showed workouts for seniors using chair, including chair yoga. I could never find them. The chir workots I did find were not suitable for someone with mobility issues, even though your ads had them. 3: Very limited instructions. And my choices decreased the more I used the app. 4. No one answered the email request for help. At present I just use the exercises I see and remember from your ads. I feel cheated.

Fem gånger under reklamen säger de ”totally free” Det är det inte. Det är inte heller något missförstånd. Det är falsk marknadsföring. Riktigt sunkigt.
Om hur jag kan anpassa övningarna
Jag har svårt att röta mig pga smärta i höger knä och framför allt i ländryggen/höften men jag gör övningarna i ”begränsat utföra de” och jag tror att det kommer att hjälpa mig att bli rörligare och kanske minska smärtan. Ser fram emot att fortsätta.
