退会方法、調べてみても英語のみの記載ばかりで、困っています。 至急、退会方法、教えて下さい。
詐欺れてる？
何日間無料って書いてあって、その間に解約すれば大丈夫みたいな事書いてあるんだけど、普通にお金取られてるけどお金返って来るのこれ？？？解約したけど返って来ないんだけど。
1日も使えない
無料でできるとあるけど、広告動画を何個か見ないとできない。項目は出ているけど見ようとすると有料ページへ飛ばされます。

I was supposed to have a free trial as I just downloaded the app today and they’ve already sent me an Apple receipt for the whole year! I haven’t even tried the app yet. I live in Japan but don’t speak Japanese so I don’t know how to contact someone to get my refund ???? Please respond.
改善が見られない
過去にこれだけの日本語版の要望が出ているのに、引き続き英語のアナウンスばかりですね。 改善する気持ちはあるのでしょうか。 また体重を入力するグラフが見にくい。 グラフ表示だけで、その日ごとの体重も振り返って見たいので、日にちをタップしたら該当日の体重が分かるようにして欲しい。推移が分からずモチベーションが上がらない。
