Your subscription will renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The cost of renewal will be charged to your account in the 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

Easy & effective
I did my first workout today and I considered myself in shape but I gotta say this workout is definately a workout. I find it way more appealing because it is in a fun app and it doesn’t bug you everyday and let you do it according to you and your life. 👍🎉
Not Really Free - They trick you
Watch it when clicking on anything in the app. I accidentally bought a VIP subscription and I was charged $49.99! When I realized I unsubscribed right away and then requested a refund through Apple which is how it was purchased. I’m sure it’s a great app but based on their unethical methods u will be deleting from my phone.
I love the whole cardio fitness aspect of it
This app even completes an ECG test on you!! I love it!
Give back my money
I downloaded this app thinking they provide free trail. But they don't provide free trail. I did the subscription but i canclled it after few minutes. It's been two weeks my money has not been refunded. Never download this app never do subscription

J’adore! J’ai une maladie qui affecte mon équilibre donc c’est parfait pour moi et je vois de réel progrès. Il devrait avoir une section consacrée aux étirements et regain de flexibilité avec élastiques ou sangle. Ça serait super!
