Great work outs but ad said it was free, only first few days is free then asks for payment was really enjoying it but if I want to pay it’s the same price to go to the gym. Kinda disappointed

I cancelled my subscription and I still not refunded, can you look in to this please?
No free trial as per description
When I downloaded the app, it said there was a free 7 day trial. I thought I would try it out & when I did come out, it charged me straight away.
False ad
I thought it was for free as what’s said in the ad. But when you go to the app and start it, you have to pay so you can use it. So, IT’S NOT REALLY FOR FREE!

I look amazing sometimes I wanted to give up because some of the things were a bit hard for my age but I did try and they worked, I say ✨✨✨✨✨ star’s amazing work You should download it But In the add I watch it said it was free but it said I had to pay for something but I did ignored it so maybe the add was wrong
Basic
Exercises are really basic and not customizable or adjustable to your required difficulty level, maybe meant for someone who’s never been off the couch. No warm up or cool down given plus a floor exercise is followed by standing and back up floor. Would make sense to group these together surely.

Was a great app worked well but on the 4th day I had to pay money to work out.I deleted the app you should not make people pay to be happy in their body’s.
