Bad experience
The project TOPJOY from Falcon is scam. The buckers cannot contact them and Kickstarter don't response anything.
Please bring the reply feature to this mobile version as well
I think the app is now really comfortable to use. The UX/UI is really good. It would be better if you bring the reply feature in the comment section to the mobile version as well (since there is on the web version). If there already was, sorry to bring this out but I can’t seem to find that feature.

Non responsive to my inquiries
I received a refund email from them but haven’t received the money. They said to look in to it and then no response after that. so difficult to get in contact with them.
They got our money but do not help anything when scam occur
The project named “Fix your posture while you sleep with True Pillow” try to ransom me by asking for $180 (too expensive) for an additional shipping (actually I paid for shipping cost already). He said he will not send a product to me if I do not pay more to him directly. This is just an example of scam in Kickstarter. Kickstarter do nothing to scam projects.
Very Bad Experience
I want to buy wallet for my husband. This is my first time to buy from Kick Stater but I still not receive the wallet from them. And I try to contact to Kick Starter, They can not help me because it is not their respond.
