Klook is wonderful application with great variety of trips and experiences all over the world. It is easy to book, instant confirmation, easy to pay and hreat communication. Also there are hreat discounts to score. Go and travel with Klook 👍 Highly recommended 🙏
Easy! I’m using it Japan and it’s working. Note: know that you have to often still pick up tickets at the station. Not all stations have this. So that can be annoying, I think this is also something specific to Japan

Tried to purchase an esim but after payment via IDEAL is made , I was directed to repayment page . This is clearly a very unstable app and company do not acknowledge the issue
原先在Klook 購買了波爾多觀光遊船，到了現場遊船公司突然取消行程，當天我與Klook線上客服聯繫並告知當天狀況，Klook客服人員立刻查詢並告知我在48小時內一定會回覆我。不到兩天，我就收到了退款款項，Klook客服人員也很敬業的跟我確認是否收到退款，真的超有效率！且很懂得安撫客戶情緒，超級滿意😀

Booked and paid for a rental car in Korea - but less than 24 hours before the trip, the booking was canceled by Klook. By the time I arrived at the airport - no car whatsoever. Wouldn’t use this app ever again, customer service didn’t even try to look for a solution - ruining our travel plans.
Best app for great discount. Easy to use and great service. Very clear and easy to pay as well. I recommend for everyone to use Klook.
Great app, but instant tickets are a lie: Expect to wait some 10-15 minutes after payment before you receive your tickets.
