I don’t recommend this app. They’re not collaborating and takes forever to get hold of customer support. I’ve booked a trip and cancelled it but they refused to refund the amount even though the operator was willing to do so

"I canceled my reservation for an event and was supposed to receive 60% of the payment refunded according to their cancellation policy. It's been over 40 days, and I still haven't seen the refund in my account. Very disappointed with the service."

There’s something wrong with this app I booked twice different things & I’m totally sure for what I submitted & suddenly discovered a different information received after payment !? The other thing is the customer service taking more then 5 hours to reply how come they want from the customer waiting them while he or she will not waiting more than an hour at least I am not recommending this app Najla

انتبهو ! لأن هذا التطبيق اصبح تجمع للنصابين و الحرمية و التطبيق لا يحميك و لا يتحكم فيهم إلا يحمي النصابين ! حذف حسابي عنده بعد ما علقت على واحد منهم مع ان تعليقي كان مجرد تحذير للناس و للأسف اني وقعت في الفخ مرتين

Will never use this app again! Customer service has nothing to do with what is called service! I thought myself speaking to a police officer or an investigator! The booking took long to be confirmed and the place i was at didnt even let me in the queue as i dont have the confirmation.. wont use it again.
