I had very bad experiences with this app.
I booked a shuttle bus ticket using this app. However, due to a lack of seats, the app cancelled my booking. They informed me that a refund would be issued within 3-14 working days if I paid by visa. Over 30 days have passed, and I still haven't received my money back. Contacting them is a challenge as they only offer a "Chat with Klook" feature in the app that responds slowly. Their customer service has been unable to tell me when I can expect my refund, and it's now day 35. I'm uncertain about whether I will receive my money back.

Một trải nghiệm bình thường, dịch vụ làm khá tốt. Tuy nhiên theo mình giá để chỉ lên xem view thành phố khá cao. Họ cho xếp hàng đi 10 phút để ngắm cảnh và chụp hình ... mình không sử dụng hết vì cũng thấy không có gì lạ
