Not Able to get OTP during the process of setting up MPIN, very disappointing

Tried everything but was not able to get OTP on my registered device. Please make updates to the app.

Not working on iPhone 15

It always says account cannot be verified and retry after 24 hours even after trying 24 hours later.

Why I can’t install PhonePe on my iPhone SE?

iOS 17 available but ios 16 is difficult to use plz change to old version

NRE/NRO not fully tested, bad customer care experience

I was able to register my NRE/NRO account, but during mpin setup I was not getting OTP. The customer care is not also helpful sending standard instructions to check network availability and app permissions. Highly disappointed. This is the only app supporting the international numbers but looks like they haven’t tested it fully. Grow up !!!!!!

No otp received during login signup process.

Very unpredictable may payments . Be aware you will end paying double money.

I downloaded this app because I have an international number linked to a NRE account and thought it will be easier for me to use while I was in India. There are multiple scenarios where I had to make multiple payments to the same recipient Ex: I took an Uber for Rs 1000. At the destination I used phone pe and paid him 1000. The app continuously showed processing. The driver says he did not get the money so I had to pay him cash. Over the next few days my bank debited the same amount as well. So I paid two times the cost. In some cases I got the message the message from my bank that it got debited but the PhonePe app still showed processing. Even in this cas I had to pay money to the drivers. The PhonePe team has not considered all use cases and scenarios and this has impacted me by losing several thousands of rs. Very frustrating.

Bank OTP not coming - ICICI NRE/NRO

I am able to register with my USA phone number. I was happy when it pulled my nre/nro accounts after the registration. Unfortunately i am not able to proceed further, not able setup upi pin for my nre/nro acct debit cards. When I initiate the UPI setup its not triggering bank otp. Very disappointed!!!!

Using phonepe from other linked phone doesn’t work

I have linked phonepe number to smart phone, since original number phone is a basic model. This allows me to view history, profile, etc. but can’t make any transactions. What’s the use of allowing to link in other phone then? Just to monitor!
