This app is not Kroger. It is Instacart. My first order was missing an item. Instacart denied it… My Boost membership is not part of this program. I got no receipt. The service was quick. That’s it though… I’ll be deleting the app. Log on to Krogers directly and order from their site. Your boost membership will be honored..

Did not follow delivery instructions. Did not receive a paper receipt for my order when it was delivered !!

Can’t get satisfaction from order half of items missing. No one could help resolve this problem. Something about 3rd party shoppers. I want my money back for missing items. And I shouldn’t have to wait for days to be refunded for the absent items. Krogers really should reconsider putting their name on something that they don’t except responsibility for.
