I love this app, i love the items and prices. Sadly i live in europe (in the Netherlands). so i cannot buy any of my items which i found out at the register. Please make this available in the future.

I live for 1 weak in Thailand and discovered Lazada good

I am happy with Lazada because of the safety and the delivery speed. Until now I am also contend with the prices so I recommend Lazada

Confusing UX and constant cancellations after many days. worst thing is that refunds take 5-12 days and the sellers keep listing the items that are out of stock even after cancellation. Why can Shopee refund me instantly but Lazada can't?

So easy so much choice and for a very good price

Ordening is nice but you have to be very carefull not all is what it seemed…..also when things are not complete you need to order separate the seller should mention it but never do this so you need to reorder all is very anoying .Some shops are good. Delivery is sometimes very chaotic and delivery days are always put on 10pm than at 9:00;am some times you get a text that they deliver at 10:00am That could all be improved .

Veel producten voldoen aan wat er aangeboden wordt. Er valt wel eens iets tegen, maar evengoed blij met Lazada. Fijn dat je vaak niet ver hoeft te reizen en voordelig je aankopen hier kan vinden en laten bezorgen.
