Have been scammed on Lazada
I have effectively been scammed by Lazada on an order for apple products that was marked as delivered successfully but has never reached me. I have no recourse to requesting a refund for these items despite trying to follow all the provided options and receive near zero communication from the team. If I could rate Lazada 0 I would. Stay away if you ever worry about return and refund policies.
