First - price they showed is never final. They would add +30% on delivery, vax etc., Second - refund doesnt work at all. Even if you want to give it back immediately when recognize wrong item. They need photo proof that item is wrong. No law regulations and client orientation. 3rd and main - The support service is trying to stretch any dialogue for 7-10 days until all return deadlines end. Poor english and not client friendly. Worst experience ever.
Don’t pay by card here, only cash. Couriers cheat by marking that they delivered the parcel, and technical support ignores and does not solve problems
I cannot pay for the order using a card that has 3D-secure protection. Several times the application writes to me that the operation is unsuccessful - the risk of sncanning. What kind of nonsense is this? This is a super reliable method of bank payment. Support asks me for a photo of my passport and a card, both sides!!! Are you kidding? With this approach, it's easier for me to go to an offline store. I haven't seen such a bestial service for a long time.

I have a prepaid order, once I get a message- you item was delivered, oh God, they delivered my prepared item to someone else.. the seller not answering, the support girl said that they couldn’t help me, so I will never use lazada again and my friends will never use it too… good luck lazada and good luck person with my item

สั่งของรอไป3อาทิตย์หนสุดท้ายของถูกยกเลิก รู้ว่าคืนเงินให้แต่ระหว่างรอเอาไปสั่งแอปอื่นป่านี้ได้แล้ว รู้สึกแย่มากกับแอปนี้ คืนให้ก็คืนทางวอเลทอีกคือไม่เอาแล้วแอปนี้รู้สึกแย่ๆมากๆๆ
