I am unable setup the payment method with my credit card. After several attempts, but finally I was able to process the order via cas on delivery.

disgusting service, scammers
I gave up using it. First these guys sent me a fake SSD, then they damaged the packaging and the product themselves, and used this as an excuse to refuse a return. Three weeks of useless correspondence with support led to nothing. I gave up LAZADA in favor of Shopee.
Warranties not honored
Beware of buying significant purchases from sellers on the site because after the sale you may get little or no responses and Lazada will do nothing to help except direct you to a complaint form about the seller. They continue to advertise the store as 'official' and rank the sites high in the search results even after complaints. I bought a piece of luggage with a supposed 5 year warranty but the seller refused to honor it and Lazada did nothing for me.
