Cannot check out, no buying
Stupid app forcing me to add in address when I choose store pickup option
Lack of basic features - sort by reviews, counts sold etc
Surprisingly Lack of basic features, e.g. user can not sort by the star of reviews, how many does the item sold etc, can only sort by price. Also the UI is too busy, too many promotions etc. Anyway the design is not considering of the usability.

I can't write about how I feel about using the product.
The specification prevents reviews from being written for items that have been purchased for a longer period of time. But some things, such as impressions of use and difficulty of use, can only be found after time has passed. Not much lending as a system.
Excellent service
I like Lazada for its customer service though sometimes the delivery takes time
Delivery from location
Cannot understand why domestic delivery from locations are deleted and just show as “Vietnam “.
Slow customer service and after sales
Very slow. Wasted a whole hour before the customer service agent can fully understand the matter, which is pretty simple, and committed she’ll revert back. Still not solved.
