I ordered twice. One order had the remark 'thank you for your order and enjoy your food' after more than an hour of waiting but the order actually never arrived at all! Another order got stuck at 0 minute till delivery but again nothing ever arrived even half an hour later! Amount for both orders was deducted. No number to call to inquire and no way to request for refund or cancellation. Terrible company out to cheat people's money.
Horrible customer service experience. I ordered my food and waited two hours without any rider assigned, no tracking on the map, no response from customer service on the order status, and finally it ended all of a sudden taking my money without the food. Again I reached out to customer support and requested refund, they refused to process my refund. I’m just mindblown, the amount of distress and waiting and emailing, all for no food and in the end no refund, I even tipped the so called rider. Nothing is being refunded and they also stopped replying to my emails. This is just horrid, Lieferando if you do see this, please stop avoiding the issue, my order number Is 5F4EKH. If you really care, please process my refund!
Easy to use and navigate, plenty of restaurants too.
Food tracker shows food being delivered in 0 minutes (which I assume it means the food should be delivered within 5 minutes at most), but I was wrong. Did not receive order at all. App does not provide a convenient interface for contacting customer support or the delivery restaurant.
Habe 2:30 h auf das Essen gewartet bis die Bestellung storniert wurde das Restaurant hat die Bestellung nach 2:15 erst bekommen Da die Küche schon geschlossen War wurde es storniert. Werde die App nicht mehr nutzen
Nach dem Update speichert sich die Adresse nicht mehr, somit kann man nicht mehr bestellen! Fixt es endlich!!!
Man kann seit dem Facelift nicht mehr nach Mindestbestellung filtern. Das macht die Auswahl quasi nutzlos, weil ich mich durch jede Anzeige klicken muss.
Wahnsinn, seit dem wir das Restaurant entdeckt haben sind wir begeistert. Sei es zum abholen oder zum liefern, die Qualität ist einwandfrei.
Bis jetzt wurde ich schon so oft enttäuscht von denen. Das Essen kam erst nach 2 Stunden, es ist kalt, falsch usw. Habe diese App jetzt endgültig gelöscht. Es gibt bessere Alternativen wie uber eats. Früher waren sie mal besser.
