This app is a real pain and it doesn’t work at all. While I had installed it and set it up after several times of back and forth errors, it’s still asking to create a new account when I open it. I gave up and deleted it at the end

I had to reset my password numerous times as it would not allow me to access my account. The. Noticed on my credit card I had 3 charges of $1.37 & I have no idea why?? Yes it’s a small charge but why am I being charged anything at all! Can someone please explain this?!

I have submitted several times my email and user info unfortunately never received a response. ( yes I checked the spam folder)

Worst app ever. Couldn’t log in to the app with my credentials. With same credentials I’m able to login through online website

Reset password every single time I login. And each time it errors out

Went to the lounge reception and asked them whether my credit card benefits allow access to the lounge, the looked at my card, swiped it, and said yes. Checked my credit card bill and noticed that they have charged me. Called them and asked them why you say that I have access and then charge me, they say that you need to contact your credit card company and ask them why it is not covered!!! True thieves!!! Even worse that they charged me twice on the same day because I went to the washroom!!! I will take it to the socials and will complain about you scammers to the airport. You won't make a living by stealing people's money!

They removed this option to add the digital card to iPhone wallet.also it’s very cheap ans useless. Need new design and options They are doing many updates but still no digital card in wallet is that hard to fix the problem? Honestly I can’t understand you guys.4 months ago they said they are working to solve the digital card issue to add it in wallets. Does someone believe that? If yes then I will shut up.are you making fun of us. We need the option add to wallet now!!!

My log in is through LoungeKey but when I try to log in I get a cryptic “user does not have a valid deal site” message.

This is a scam app or mimic one to get your info. DO NOT USE. The correct one is the airport experience MasterCard app.

I changed my password and still could not login. Something so simple as being able to login shouldn’t be an issue.
