Login nightmare

Keeps telling me that my password or username is incorrect even after I change it

Below par customer support

After raising the same concern twice, I was responded to with a generic mail that did not solve my issue. The result is I unable to use the service during my travels due to the sub standard service.

App won’t allow update of details

I’m not able to update my card details. It keeps showing an error (saying field needs to be filled in) although I’ve filled in my card details.

Still unable to verify card

I wrote a review on May 30th in which I reported the fact that Im unable to verify my card. I was advised to send more details to the provided email addresses. I even supplied screen shots. Until this day no solution has been provided. I'm also unable to verify my card on the lounge key website. Shocking bad service.

Terrible app

Impossible to get payment card verified Bank verified card fine and benefit attached to card however app and website just does not accept card

App crashes all the time.

Tried to search for lounges and the app keeps crashing!
