Ужасное приложение . Хочется надеяться, что хоть кому то окажется полезным эти отзывы. Люди не ведитесь на предложение пробного или же бесплатного варианта. Попробовала пробный вариант за один доллар , увидела что толклм ничего нет, и захотела отменить подписку. Но это оказалось невозможным, так как ссылка на управление подпиской не работает. После нескольких попыток, когда не получилось что-то сделать, сын удалил мой аккаунт. Попробовала еще раз зайти, но этого аккаунта уже и не было, подумала что все , в надежде что получилось избавиться. Но через какое то время, и после этого попытки снять с карты прекратились . Определенное время не пользовалась той картой, и как только загрузила туда деньги, сразу же снялась сумма в 37 долларов и плюс еще с налогопми вместе не оказалось в секунду 50 долларов. Попыталась писать им , но твердят одно и тоже, мол это все было с вашего согласия, так как вы вводили данный карты, значит по их представлению это все у них честно происходит,и упускают из виду момент невозможности управления подпиской

При загрузке было написано бесплатно, но по истечению нескольких дней высчитали 37$.Написала в службу поддержки с просьбой вернуть деньги,они отказались, ссылаясь на принятие их декларации при загрузке.

BEWARE OF SCAM! “Money back guarantee” on their site is totally fake, it doesn’t cover “personal or financial reasons”. So its only money back if products are defective, there is no “satisfaction” guaranteed. The process is also terrible once you sign up, there are tons of pop ups for add ons and its easy to accidentally click one and it immediately charged me more with no questions or confirmation for the charge. I emailed customer service right away to cancel/refund the add on. Absolutely zero flexibility or humanity displayed. Refused to do anything at all for me and essentially said “too bad”. Its clear this company is out to exploit consumers and take their money, with no commitment to actual quality of service or customer satisfaction.

Please do not utilize this company! The concept is great, but they nickel and dime you. I had their service for less than 24 hours, and they charged me over $100 in fees. When I emailed the support team, they said due to the terms and conditions, they get to keep the money. I really wish I had read the reviews prior to joining!

Chatting with my stylist was a breeze - super fun and interactive. They picked out trendy clothes that fit right into my closet, and delivery was super fast. Now I can ditch the shopping stress and feel confident in awesome outfits, all thanks to Lumi!

Every month, Lumi surprises me with a perfectly styled outfit delivered straight to my door. It's like a little present to myself! The delivery service is always on point. I also tried wardrobe revamp and had one capsule session which I enjoyed greatly.

My stylist, Hailey, is the best! She totally listened to what I wanted and hooked me up with comfy clothes that still look amazing. Feeling confident and rockin' my new style!

The Lumi business practices are tricky, misleading, and unethical. I signed up through an Instagram ad and was prompted to pay before even knowing really what this was. I say “money back satisfaction guarantee” in huge bold letter so I though I’ll give it a try and if it isn’t what I was hoping for then I’ll get my money back. I’ve now been charged $40, received no services, and their customer service is THE WORST. I am trying to explain the situation and they are replying with templated “we are committed to transparency” responses. There was nothing transparent about the process, I read/approved no fine print through the process and they refuse to refund me despite my lack of satisfaction and lack of services received. Don’t waste your time or money. I’m reporting them to the BBB for predatory and unethical business practices.
