How much does Lumi cost?
Lumi has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is 281.89 HK$.
This is a massive scam, first you answer all the questions and make you feel like they will give you an immediate answer on how to style yourself and which type of clothes are good for you. Then they will give you a discount and only show the daily cost which looks like it’s a very small amounts but of course it adds up.
Once u download the app and you realised they do not show you the answer you looking for immediately but asking to to buy more plan to help you “find” the answers

Warning! Many hidden traps!
I uninstall it after using it for some minutes, after you subscribed it and being charged at the agreed cost, then you start to browse the app and you are charged again when you open different parts in the app without clear notifications and it don't even ask for your permission of the payments! And i see few more unauthorized transactions in the record 😡😡😡🤬

I concur with previous review. I thought I'd at least get smth during the 3 day trial but nope. And they are probably banking on most people being too lazy to email customer service to file an official complaint so they earn $1.99 per person who foolishly downloads and pays for nothing

Beijing charged one month for $25, I got no idea. Fine. I cancelled it, but next month it charged me again after I cancel. What the hell!!!!!
No useful information at all, the best thing for the app is the tricky ads on Ins!
Fake app
I received nothing useful after paying $0.99. Then I was subscribed to the app and charged $35 without being noticed.
Very unethical apps
They will automatically charge you as monthly subscription after a trial service. It is not explicitly spelt out when you sign up for the free trial. You could only find that out through the bank transaction.
This is very UNETHICAL and the company is NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
I will NOT recommend anyone using this apps.

The subscription process is not transparent. I had no idea I subscribed to a monthly plan. I found out by accident and cancelled it, but nervous that they will still charge me. No useful information provided even after i paid $0.99. Nothing against having paywalls, but it is a terrible unethical business practice to trick customers into thinking that they will get some useful information when that is not the case.
