Really confusing app to use. Very difficult to cancel a subscription or even delete an account with the app returning several errors in the process. I had a premium account and made the upgrade to lifetime subscription after being prompted. When my following session came up, they informed me they could not conduct the session because I did not have an active subscription, even though it said so in my profile. They argued it was not proof and requested the payment proof. I was very surprised to find that the charge in my credit card was made by a third party organization and as such I was not able to prove I had paid! Lost the money.
SCAM
I downloaded the app and agreed to pay 0,99$, I decided the app wasn’t anything from me and deleted it, after that they proceeded to take 34,99$ from my account without me even knowing, I NEVER agreed to any kind of subscription, but when I contacted them about it, they told me they couldn’t refund my money because I agreed to their terms (which I did not do) after that they completely stopped answering and their mails are automated, always saying the same thing. I want my money back
TOTAL SCAM
I downloaded the app and agreed to pay 1$. They deducted an additional 40$ from my account which i never authorized. Upon complaining they answered they cannot give the money back because apparently i had agreed to the general terms. Very frustrating experience.
