Can it be a scam ?
When I first paid for bubble chat for Chanyeol it was fine and I had a great time but after a month even after deducting money from my account they did not renew it so I went to FAQ and followed the process only leading losing both my Ten and Lucas’s bubble chat so after 2 months, I.e Today I decided to renew my bubble but again the same thing happened. Ten and Lucas’s bubble was activated but Chanyeol’s isn’t activated even after money was deducted from my acc! It happened twice, I wasn’t refunded last time and I’d be really mad if they just let it pass this time as well!!!!!!! Please fix this problem
A platform for bullying and harassment
It is far from being a platform where fans happily interact with the artists. The app developers have done nothing regarding the constant bullying and harassment going on every day.
App doesn’t live up to its promise
Lysn initially seems to be a great platform to use and interact with your favourite artists! They even had pretty strict rules against promoting hate speech and harassment! However, Lysn doesn’t enforce any of those Rules that it has framed itself! The entire app therefore becomes a toxic mess of people spewing hate, negativity & toxic messaging which often include messages encouraging suicide, self harm & threats of violence! I won’t be renewing my ACE membership till Lysn decides to enforce its OWN guidelines!
Allows Harrasment and bullying of Artists
The purpose of this app is for fans to interact with their idols and express their joy. But it’s apparently being misused for targeted harassment of individual members of a group with no action against it. It’s now a “pay and harass” app.
Can be made better
This app allows the most malicious commenters easy access to spread their hate. A lot of idols have lost their lives already.. be better and disallow malicious comments.
