I just purchased the plan yesterday, and am not able to log in now , can anyone explain me what the hell is going on ??

Light and effective

I’ve been using Magic App for 7+ years. It’s never let me down. I predominantly use the app on my iPhone. Even when I travel (most of the time now) I call my US clients from a US number! The call screening function which requires users to press a number eliminates robocalls.

No one is helping when I need support

I purchased a MagicJack phone number subscription for 349 INR on October 4th, 2022 through the Apple App Store. The order ID is ML4FXY7T8N, the sequence number is 3-160227938, and the document number is 121589413280. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the subscription and received a refund. I am now attempting to repurchase the MagicJack subscription, but I am encountering an error message stating, "Your AppStore account has a magicApp subscription. Please sign in with that magicApp account. If your subscription has expired, you can renew it after signing in." Unfortunately, I do not recall the previous email address associated with my account. I have contacted Apple support for assistance, and they have advised me to contact the application developer. In turn, the application developer has suggested contacting App Store support. Despite these efforts, I have yet to receive the assistance I require.

Worst Service and Support

This is the worst application ever made. I purchased a subscription which i opted for auto renew and now my subscription is inactive and I can’t renew it manually as well. The support system is also not taking care of customer needs. Stop wasting people’s time and money when you can not deliver what you promised for. Rubbish service, if there can be a option for half star rating I wouldn’t have provided even half.

Account Locked even after renewing subscription

I have been using the app since a while. It always works well in the start & then the problems start. I had purchased one number & was using it fine for a couple of years & then it stopped. I went ahead & again purchased a new number last year October & was renewing it every month on the phone. Now, in May after renewing the service on the 3rd, it worked well for 3 days and now since the 7th, everytime I open the app, error message appears “Account Disabled: This account is locked, contact MagicJack support”. After chatting with them on the website, they’re also unable to fix the issue & have requested me to email & write a review about the issue. Not fair, guys!!! When someone pays for a service, he/she deserves to be satisfied
