A failure redesign
1. Why is this app pushing so many notifications!!!!! They are useless and very annoying. 2. The booking interface is poorly designed; why not show rates under classified room types as before? It is very hard to find the most suitable room type under the lowest rate nor is finding the desired rate eg parking package. 3. Also, the booking interface is not smooth when scrolling. 4. How do I use the suite night awards now? Haven’t figured that out.
Best hotel in Ningbo
After 4 1/2 years we are back. And back at Sheraton Ningbo. Unbelievable, nothing has changed in service, attention and staff loyalty. Was fantastic to see Susie, Bella, Yuki, in club lounge. To see Rose and all the team in the lobby, with Warrior and Carter. Then up to bar 2 and our friendly faces of Wade Wang and Billy. Again we use the hotel restaurants as great food and atmosphere. Rooms all perfect and still super high quality. Thank you again Sheraton Ningbo- our home away for home where we are truly blessed to be served and looked after by you all. 🤛 Regards, Matthew

Great app just got annoying with pop up messages
I used to love the Marriott App. Until the most recent update. Everytime I open the app - to open my room door for example - I get a pop - up message prompting me to turn on notifications. I don’t want notifications but the app prompts me many times a day to enable them when I just want to open my hotel room door. Please: give me a way to turn off your annoying messages.

It is the staff that make the difference!
Whenever I return to the Marriot I am always greeted with a warm smile. The chamber maids do an excellent job as do all your staff. When in Melbourne I stay no where else.

Great app for my travel
App will not open
I have tried cannot even open this app - I receive an error message that is cannot open due to security issue with my internet or that I have a web proxy enabled (error 6209:D927). It immediately shuts down. VPN is disabled. No other app I have installed has this issue. Don’t bother with the app - just log in via the website
