Point & Cash Option missing
Marriott offers a Points and Cash option, but the app. lacks this. So far all the application offers is to use “Use Points”. There is no option to Split the points and cash as is suggested under the Bonvoy Member benefits. Please go review the IHG Points and Cash option. Example: One can easily use half points, half cash etc. It makes a massive difference being able to do that for almost all their hotel brands.
Mobile key not working
Everytime I check in and the hotel sends out the mobile key I can’t see it in my app. No button nothing referring to mobile key and also the hotel doesn’t understands it either . Where is the problem ?
Unable to use app
Unable to use the app more less since June. Error message referring to security proxy being enabled. Checked my iphone wifi settings, proxy are off. App not opening at all.

10.78.0 broken on iPad
This version freezes as soon as I hit “Select Room” when trying to book a hotel. On both IOS 18.2 as well as previous version. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, logged out, logged in, etc. works as expected on iPhone.

Quit confusing, lack of features
Lack of basic functions an app usually has, the functions described online is different from what is showing in the app. Terms are even more confusing.

They took 15,000 extra points off of my account because the app double booked me in Dallas Texas December 29. Can somebody please put my 15,000 points back lovely app love using it but I need help on this transaction.
