Intuitive layout and smooth user experience.

I booked at moxy downtown through marriott bonvoy. It was 3 nights and used credit card to book. I was sent email confirmation through email for it and charges for the stay. The moxy hotel charged us deposit for 303usd ok thats fine, its consumable. They have credit back on another 30usd as another daily consumable outside of the room charges. Required to consume as it it was also charged in our daily stay. Issue upon checkout 1. It was not clear on the billing how much was taken out of our card initially for the rooms. Just the deposit of 303usd. 2. The billing did not have a total summary of all the charges just the details, you gave to compute manually. 3. We only consumed 200usd on the 303usd deposit but at total balance it was 0usd. When it should have a credit back on excess deposit. 4. I asked to have it put there but they dont agree and cant explain clearly how we are going to back credit as it was noy stated. So we have no proof that they owe credit back. 5. When i checked the marriott bonvoy app, they didn't credit my first night of the 4 i booked. I raised this concern to the reception but they said i should complain to bonvoy. They partner with bonvoy but have no way to correct and will leave it to you to follow up. Very poor process and customer service. Why did they email a confirmation of 3 nights but only credit 2 nights on my bonvoy account. This is annoying and really such a nuisance to members. I hope this reaches out to people so they can reach out to me to explain and fox this. Very poor experience. Hotel room is as small as hotel's in japan. Not what you see in the photos. Misleading. Definitely going to post this online so people can avoid this stress and disappointment. A vacation that gives you stress than relaxation. area as you know is sketchy lots of homeless and creepy to walk around even at daytime.

No option to email hotel for additional request/s Like AirPort transfer or boat transfer. IT should be included or have optionsnfor add ons especially for destination that need island to island transfer Like Boracay island

First, we would like to say that Italy as a country is very beautiful. Everything that we experienced is to love and treasure, from the beautiful countryside we saw by train stations to stations to the kind and beautiful people, and delicious food. Everything is worth coming back to. Now in Sheraton upon check-in, we are greeted by the handsome and exceptional Lazaros. He has a very good command in English and is a natural with his exceptional communication skills, he is very good with people can give the best of services. He knows the needs of guests and he can troubleshoot situations. Giving a five star rating to a five star hotel with five star hotel staff/family. Looking forward to more beautiful experiences. Loving the Marriott App too, very easy and fast.

Early check-in but still has to fall in line with the crowd. Mobile key is not instantly activated, Only activated during check out.

All the staff were very accomodating
