Marriott one of my favorite hotel brands, I love the app, they always have my room ready as early as 8am, I never have to wait to check in i will give it a 5 star if you was able to check in from the app and get a key and not have to go through the front desk, other than that I awesome.
Beautiful Hotel
If you’re planning a trip to Galveston Island book your stay at the Town Place Suite I promise you won’t regret it! The front desk guy Gio who’s so helpful to get me the perfect room for all my special needs, to the sweet and kind professional manager Mrs. Gonzales to the housekeeper who was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed in my suite. This is by far the best hotel. I’ve stayed in on Galveston Island. I will be recommending it to everyone. I know not only do they think of everything I can’t think of one thing that they were sweet did not have from shampoo and conditioner and body wash all the way to dish soap, dishes, hot mitts a cutting board utensils you don’t need to bring anything but your family and of course, your bathing suit. Book the trip you won’t regret it. Enjoy your stay at TownePlace suites by Marriott in Galveston Island.
Password workflow
In order to purge the app of previous password methods it was necessary to delete and reinstall.
Very poor account management
I cannot sign in with my existing account. I cannot link my existing reservation with my new account nor connect it to a guest account. I cannot check in via my device, so what’s the point of this app.

can’t login
can not login after change password, tried so many time still doesn’t work. can you hire a decent engineer. never seen an app this slow and buggy.
App and website access issues
While I try and use Marriott for all my lodging needs it is infuriating when one can’t log into the site or the app. They both state credentials are incorrect. I have used the same password for a while now so not sure what’s going on. I used the forgot password function and see it says it’s sending a link but no link arrives. I’ve spoken to customer service with the same result and all they can say is it was sent. But no email is received. This has happened with Marriott previously. Seems like one can’t actually get help when there is an issue. Not sure how to resolve this at this time.
