This version freezes as soon as I hit “Select Room” when trying to book a hotel. On both IOS 18.2 as well as previous version. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, logged out, logged in, etc. works as expected on iPhone.

Lack of basic functions an app usually has, the functions described online is different from what is showing in the app. Terms are even more confusing.

Need to be flexible with some options

They took 15,000 extra points off of my account because the app double booked me in Dallas Texas December 29. Can somebody please put my 15,000 points back lovely app love using it but I need help on this transaction.

Double check the price from your desktop (and turn location off). On more than one occasion, that’s found me a cheaper rate.

They never disappoint

App freezes when you hit the find hotels button just bf the search results would show. It’s been that way for a couple days.
