Ever since i started with this APP in March 09,2019, I’ve never looked back, because of the professionalism displayed by all staff or personnel. You get assisted on time and friendly staff, makes us to want more holidays Each time one has problems, the team is always available.
Marriot hotels are the best. Best hospitality ever. Most memorable experience. Keep it up! Love it a lot. I wish I could sleep in all the Marriot hotels to experience all of them. And the reward program is wonderful.

It is with great disappointment to pen down my emotions after I was treated so badly by a receptionist called “Kea”, who insisted I leave the room that my partner had confirmed to have extended our check-out time to 16h00 today the 18 April 2023. After several attempts trying to explain to her that my partner is in a meeting and can’t get hold of him at that particular point in time she insisted that I need to move out, she had no remorse as she made it very clear that she can’t help me. I asked her to move us to another room and extend our stay as she was well aware that my partner has been there since last week. She rudely said to me the hotel is fully booked and I need to move out as another guest is checking in at 14h00 and there’s nothing she can do. I was not feeling well, I needed to use the rest room often, and having to now think about that got me very stressed and frustrated. I then asked for a luggage trolley so that I can put our luggage and sit at the couch next to the elevator’s until such time that my partner arrives. What made the situation worse was that no guest occupied the room when my partner came to fetch me at 15:00. I wish for clarity as to why she insisted on having me chucked out to the streets, when no one came to occupy the room as she claimed. I know this because I went past the room looking for a restroom and no one was there as they were still cleaning. My partner is a loyal Mariot customer which the hotel is part of, I did not expect to be treated so badly by an unprofessional person.
