Reservation of 2 rooms requires one to key in number of persons per room. However, this don’t cover a situation where the number of persons differs per room. Similar problem with the website and decided to use another hotel instead.

Unable to successfully add my card, no means of properly requesting help or reporting

Scamming program please avoid to sign any membership from them, the salesperson will talk anything to force you buy the membership and wasted our 5hours and leave our kids behind the hotel waiting. They is a lot of promises they do before you sign, after you sign up they will just tell us do you have any prove? If no prove they can’t do anything. and guys remember to record all the conversations in case you might need it in future :)

Launched app after it’s been recently updated - unable to open as it keeps shutting down whenever I try to use it ….. bad upgrading??
