App is not useful as I did check-in thru app but still had to go thru full process of check-in at hotel which took longer than I expected. App also don’t serve as room key like Hilton. Chat in app to ask for room with certain view also not informative or accurate as I was told by hotel check-in that my reservation don’t allow such view. Disappoint!

Used to be able to read reviews before but that option keeps giving error 404 now! Please fix this!
I had an excellent experience using the Marriott Bonvoy mobile app. It's highly interactive, informative, and offers convenient features like direct booking, seamless communication with concierge, and amenity ordering. The real-time chat with the customer service team on duty is a standout feature. Overall, one of the best hotel apps I've ever experienced. Highly recommended for a smooth and enjoyable stay!
The website not suitable
I love the chat feature within the app where I can connect to the hotel staff at any time of the day for service requests.
