The VPN and secure browsing basically block my online apps and prevent me from accessing the internet properly. The app itself keeps logging out randomly, thus rendering my device unprotected.
When I connect Safe Browsing, the internet connection is slow, check it by ping tests, the ping is around 400-500ms when connected, when disconnected ping is back to 20-30ms! Also noticed such situation when I also connected the Secure VPN option, need to improve servers for sure!

After multiple attempts through the past year, I have been unable to activate the subscription purchased via the App Store. Ended up purchasing a different comparable app with superior support. After I placed this review, I received a response inviting me to attempt to follow up with the same dead end attempt to resolve the issue that I had tried before. It sounds like it’s well meaning but it’s not enough. Again I have tried over and over again to resolve this.
The app has become very buggy over the past year. Added lots of “to see results upgrade now” and I wonder if the concentration on this is leading to decline in quality
I canceled total AV weeks ago before the free trial was over and they still charged me $9.95.
