Apps cannot be load after payments
I found this apps works so well for free version. However, after I subscribe yearly and payment is made, immediately the apps cannot load. It keeps asking me to report the log, but no response from the developer. Looks like this is a scam.
Paid for subscription but unable to use premium feature
Talked to customer service about it and showed proof that i have paid for monthly subs. They told me that my account is not under subscriptions and need to be paid. Disappointed
