Needed an antivirus. Chose what looked like the best option. Download, PAID an registered, since then it doesn’t even work. The app can’t open. I sent the log more than once, tried support online, number doesn’t even exist. Thanks, money down the drain.
App Malfunctions
When I go into “My Account” under general settings, the “Delete Account” option appears for a split second, then disappears once the page fully loads, making the feature unusable. I’m using the app on an IOS device, so this feature should be usable . I can’t afford to continue paying for the subscription and need to delete my account now that it’s expired.
Useless app and their subscription is loaded on Apple Store but not active on the McAfee side
It is impossible to get hold of McAfee and this is frustrating when you have a problem. I have an active subscription which is loaded on the Apple Store but it is not active on the McAfee app. I have contacted both McAfee who were receptive but sadly to no avail and when I eventually got through to Apple, the latter’s support team checked and verified that the problem is definitely on the side of McAfee.
Beware of subscription
I subscribed for the one-device option, but it automatically provided multiple devices for double the price. I fail to cancel the subscription. The VPN cancelled my wifi security cameras too. Stay away!
