Purchased but unable to access subscript
After multiple attempts through the past year, I have been unable to activate the subscription purchased via the App Store. Ended up purchasing a different comparable app with superior support. After I placed this review, I received a response inviting me to attempt to follow up with the same dead end attempt to resolve the issue that I had tried before. It sounds like it’s well meaning but it’s not enough. Again I have tried over and over again to resolve this.
