Video stored in app is no possible play
After update, it is not possible play stored video. Some issue is inside.
Not having the paid plan
I have downloaded this app and paid 25€ for the yearly plan as they call it. But, I still don’t have all the features available and the app is running as trial version. I don’t thing that it is appropriate to run it as trial for first 7 days once the customer pays the plan!!! The customer should have all features available immediately after payment!!! I still don’t have it!!! Seriously thinking about deleting the app and asking for refund!!!
Purchased but unable to access subscript
After multiple attempts through the past year, I have been unable to activate the subscription purchased via the App Store. Ended up purchasing a different comparable app with superior support. After I placed this review, I received a response inviting me to attempt to follow up with the same dead end attempt to resolve the issue that I had tried before. It sounds like it’s well meaning but it’s not enough. Again I have tried over and over again to resolve this.
Buggy and an upgrade funnel
The app has become very buggy over the past year. Added lots of “to see results upgrade now” and I wonder if the concentration on this is leading to decline in quality

I canceled total AV weeks ago before the free trial was over and they still charged me $9.95.
Not user friendly
