Every time new problem, cant use this app normal, it has huge problems and bugs, you cant even log in in instagram, that’s horrible

I wanted to use this application to do ad of my page but my account has been blocked as suspicious due to this action, so the application ia not working well:(

The app is not working well. Every time i open the app need to confirm notification settings. Than i am getting an error message (you have no permission). After a second the message disappears itself. Then another problem. You are using an old app version of Facebook ads. Please update your app to continue using it. Although my app is up to date.

So, when it comes to checking your data and staying in the know, this is great. But when it comes to actually managing ads, it suffers. Sometimes errors will pop up due to little mistakes like missing info or something, and when you’re looking for the place to insert the missing info, it’s nowhere to be found. I assume this is no issue when using a laptop, but why not just tell people if the errors they receive can or can’t be resolved on the mobile app. Or better yet, why is it that certain features (like choosing a beneficiary) simply aren’t able to be modified through the app? Sometimes we just want be able to do our work from wherever we are without having to keep a laptop on us. The apps SHOULD be able to allow you to manage these ads with the same amount of detail as the website. Not to mention, support is only fast when we’re talking about money. But if I have an issue with anything else, support is basically dead. Thank god Google platforms people who can help fix meta’s problems… but then I feel like I should just be advertising there instead of on meta.

Been trying to use this app, it’s super buggy when it worked and is missing tons of features that the standard ads manager uses. Now the app has even been able to load up in weeks. Pretty useless

Really good for business

This app gets worse every month. It never loads regardless of how many times you try to login or reinstall the app. Looking at the recent reviews it appears everyone is haveing this same problem.

The app is super slow never loads not reliable at all

Can’t create an ad because of an unknown error. It’s the same story with all meta platforms no matter on desktop or apps. Don’t you all want money? Can’t tell you how many times I’ve not been able to create an ad when needed and thus not been able to give you all money

New version wont launch.
