Poor support and missing features
So, when it comes to checking your data and staying in the know, this is great. But when it comes to actually managing ads, it suffers. Sometimes errors will pop up due to little mistakes like missing info or something, and when you’re looking for the place to insert the missing info, it’s nowhere to be found. I assume this is no issue when using a laptop, but why not just tell people if the errors they receive can or can’t be resolved on the mobile app. Or better yet, why is it that certain features (like choosing a beneficiary) simply aren’t able to be modified through the app? Sometimes we just want be able to do our work from wherever we are without having to keep a laptop on us. The apps SHOULD be able to allow you to manage these ads with the same amount of detail as the website. Not to mention, support is only fast when we’re talking about money. But if I have an issue with anything else, support is basically dead. Thank god Google platforms people who can help fix meta’s problems… but then I feel like I should just be advertising there instead of on meta.
