Customer support is not helping
I have sent an email about a month ago regarding a ban on my account which happened without any reason. I received a reply that they will forward the issue to a team that will help me and fix it, however it might look that the appeal is closed down in the application. I haven’t received any more information and the issue is not fixed, nor that I can anymore appeal the ban, and they are not replying to my emails! I’m trying to advertise on instagram and FB. Does Meta hate money?
