Instagram connect link is broken

It ask me to connect instagram and when I press connect it takes me to blank inst page that says li k is broken.

Worst UI change, a lots of recommendations on home screen and earlier there was an option to check balance, now have to check in billings only.

OTP request gets generated twice when adding prepaid fund through credit card, please rectify
