Meta Ads Manager

In the edit ad creative section, when I try to type in a link to my shop, the text box is almost completely covered by a big white blank area. Also when I finally managed to type it in by scrolling down and clicking in the little gap, the link still brings people to messenger rather than the shop. Come on people…sort it out!

The most frustrating experience setting up an ad. Lovely interface but doesn’t add to the fact that everything is glitching and coming up with random warnings.

The graphs are non readable… all the text is jumbled up

As well as providing no pathway to get support other than a pop up to myriad of self help options which just waste time. Meta has made changes to Instagram where you can no longer find invoices or see past payments - This new sham app included. You can’t get any assistance and all they seem to be doing is screening customers requests to the point of frustrating them into abandoning requests.

Within 24 hours of downloading this app my business page & personal page were hacked. I finally got them back after 10 days, but nearly lost 10 years of business…. Stay away!!

Just awful, buggy and useless.

Hello I downloaded the app and whenever I try to lo in it says error code 10

Trying to login and give message your account failed to load. I tried to uninstall it and download it again but same issue app doesn’t work

It is easy to hack and perfect for hackers to use. 1. Changing password on Instagram account don’t cut connection from this app. It automatically reconnects. 2. It is impossible to delete card details once added. 3. It is possible to delete campaigns once added. 4. Facebook ignore messages so you will have to go legal route. 5. Facebook clearly haven’t thought about security and business image by designing this app. 6. Score would be -5 don’t use this app people.

I logged in with my account, on my name. I wanted to create an ad, and have warning message “You don’t have a permission to create ad” 😂😂😂
