Mindfulness Coach

The meditation doesn’t start when your iPhone goes in power save. When you turn on your iPhone again, then it starts, this does not work for me, as I lay my phone away when meditating and I was waiting for an end bell for ages.

I’ve tried several different apps, but even before the “fancy” design it has now, this app has been my favourite due to its practicality. There are few modes of exercise, so my head is not bombarded with choices, which seem particularly stressing and tiring for me in everyday life already. All I want to do from a mindfulness app is to be easy and straightforward. Also, those which are available are easy to use and really helped me to build my concentration, as they halfway guide you and in the other part let it do in your pace. Finally, I love the medical information about how their practices work: it helped me to understand the theory of mindfulness, stress, and even adjust my lifestyle to suit my mental health afterwards.

The woman has a bad voice and speaks everything too fast. You can even hear her waiting to say the next line. Its a shame, hope that the app gets a new voice in it.

I suffer from PTSD and this app has been helpful when I’ve had triggers and anxiety attacks. Highly recommend for beginners suffering from anxiety disorders and PTSD.

This is perfect. It had all kinds of tools to tap into what you need at the moment. Good training for meditation as well. Calms the body and mind.

I suffer from mental illness, and I have over40 years. I also have a two major back operation on my L4 and L5 in 1986, and a spinal fusion on my L5 and S1 on January 9 2024. I have lived with cronic pain for so many years I don’t know what life is without it. This App helps me relax I have been meditating for 40 years, this goes along what I have been practicing for years. I only wish I had thought of it to help people like me. Sincerely Thomas Willson

Would help to have tips on navigating the site to find specific areas. Such as train stories or to find back sessions of Daily Calm and other daily sessions.
