Molekule Air Purifier

This is the worst app and customer service is tied with it. It’s 2024 and the app needs to be next to a router!!! There’s a page of errors sent to fix the issues How about not requiring the app until it works. We should be paid for our time spent for NOTHING. Don’t buy the product bc the app isn’t worth the aggravation. Buy a Dyson air purifier

I was under the impression purchasing THREE Molekule purifiers that I would be able to schedule “dark mode” using the app to eliminate the bright blue light during sleep hours. This function doesn’t seem to exist anywhere in the app and leaves me having to unplug these every night (and typically forgetting to play them back in during the day) This seems like a huge miss. Even the cheap air purifiers have this option for a scheduled night mode. How has this been eliminated?

The filter status always shows 0 (?)

After getting it to work, at least I think it is, the app says it is, there’s absolutely zero airflow, from the top and the side, I have tissue paper taped there just to see if it will ruffle a little bit showing me that there is some airflow, there is not. unit itself will tell you nothing, you can’t control the fan unless you use the app but even on five or on one it doesn’t make a difference, this is a horrible piece of equipment and it was a gift from my daughter, it will end up on a shelf and I will buy a different one, I want one that I can at least hear that it’s working or feel that it’s working or something, I think this is ridiculous

This app is horrific. I’ve wasted 2 hours of my life just trying to simply connect my new air purifier to WiFi and no matter what I try it doesn’t work. Wishing I never went with this brand.

this is just the latest problem I have: can’t reset PECO filters once I replace on the units. Repeated attempts for help through CS chat never answered, just canned reply that I’m in queue. But a week has passed with a few attempts on my end to contact and still nothing. Obviously I’ve done all the troubleshooting possible on my end.

I’ve downloaded the app. Unboxed the Molekule Air Pro, followed the instructions and it tells Me the filter can’t be validated which I repeated countless times. Tried calling the help number but the call couldn’t be connected. So not impressed with anything I experienced so far and am close to returning it. Too much to pay to be so frustrated!

Doesn't detect that Bluetooth is on. Won't connect to my Molekule Air. Just changed my $100 filters and now the purifier won't work. Sounds like this happens to a LOT of people. Big surprise, they want you to buy refurbished equipment. It seems like the PECO filter maybe needs to be reset except, guess what? I couldn't reset it! So I tried disconnecting the purifier as instructed in the app and now I can't reconnect the purifier. JUNK JUNK JUNK.

The app no longer supports my Molekule. This should never happen
