Not sure what MSC is doing but like the other reviewer said it's not connecting to the server.

This app does not work. It won’t connect to the server at all. Completely useless.

This app already is ruining this trip for me.
I haven’t even stepped on the boat yet and everytime I try to access it I am met with server errors. Either packages don’t load, can’t load, or it won’t even let me into the app. It’s signed me out on multiple occasions and the profile photo taking feature is an absolute nightmare. It’s even worse when you consider that many excursions and offers have limited availability making it impossible to actually pay for the services I want because I am simply unable to even look at them.
Terrible APP
This app is always freezing or presents with an error code. Not a lot of information- very basic app that barely works. I hope this will not represent my cruise.
MSC App is useless
The app will not allow me to check-in. It freezes constantly and has error messages all the time. It's very frustrating.

The ship is amazing!!! All crew are very friendly and very helpful. All food is awesome!
Does not work for MSC Orchestra
Very disappointing.

I download it and run, not working. I tried many times, always error. So sad. Back to website to check in.
