The official MSC for Me app works alongside other digital channels onboard to ensure you have the information you need at your fingertips. Plus, the app is free and even on board you will not need to purchase any internet package in order to use it.

Very disappointing.

I download it and run, not working. I tried many times, always error. So sad. Back to website to check in.

Can you guys can you get your iPad app working for excursions details/description at least. We only can see them on the iPhone only. Running on updated iPad and on latest iOS as of today.

I second the other review. Keeps referring me to the Canadian website??? They should take notes from the Royal Caribbean app
Embarrassment for MSC
The app is terrible and so is the MSC website. Both are very slow and have lots of errors. Can’t order anything, and the website keeps referring me to the Canadian website which refers me to the Canadian website ad nauseam. Hope the trip is better than the competency shown by the IT department.
Does not work
Neither the app nor the MscCruises website work. A search in the forum and you find that this has been goin on since 2002!!! Server error 500 all the way. Nothing will ever work. The IT guys should get fired.
