The application uses Wi-Fi function on your mobile terminal for the purpose of operating network-enabled devices.
- Accessing to music information stored in your smartphone / tablet
This application accesses to music information stored in your smartphone / tablet for the purpose of displaying, playing and editing the music information and/or playlist.
To setup your MusicCast devices, this app needs to find your Wi-Fi network as location information. This app doesn’t collect your actual location using GPS or Wi-Fi based positioning technologies.

Love is having digital radio
Love the digital choice
Good
It works great. There is just one thing that bothers me. When listening to podcasts the app does not show with one you’ve listened to. I just started a new podcast and has over 300 episodes so i just quit listening with this app.

Storingen!
Te vaak is de netradio in storing!!!!
Toegangsfout
Krijg regelmatig het bericht “toegangsfout” wanneer ik netradio probeer te gebruiken. Dit is iets van de laatste maanden en ik begrijp niet wat er aan de hand is.
Perfecte app
Werkt allemaal perfect, ook met spotify, geluid van yamaha is ook super
WXAD-10 is a great invention
With 5 WXAD-10 devices I have quality sound on all my devices. With good wifi it works great. Wish I could share favorites between devices. Yamaha had an 2023 update even they do not make the WXAD-10 any more.
Great app, waiting for Apple Watch app
I am a very enthusiastic long time user of the Yamaha MusicCast products. Recently I bought an Apple Watch and I am surprised to learn that MusicCast does not support the Apple Watch. I think it would be a huge improvement to allow power on and off as well as volume control from the watch. This minor possible improvement is the only reason for a 4 star rating.
