Like it but..
It’s clunky how it interacts with Spotify. Have multi zones and MusicCast labels them the identical so when selecting you don’t know which zone/speakers are going to come on.

This application accesses to music information stored in your smartphone / tablet for the purpose of displaying, playing and editing the music information and/or playlist.
To setup your MusicCast devices, this app needs to find your Wi-Fi network as location information. This app doesn’t collect your actual location using GPS or Wi-Fi based positioning technologies.

Just needs a volume rotary dial like old app just looks more professional
MusicCast link & volume control has gone.
In the latest version I can’t link or control the volume on multiple zones (zone 2 or 3 at all). It’s rendered my system useless as now Zone 2 and 3 automatically come on and link and I can’t remove them. This was not a good or well considered update …
Poor integration between devices
Firstly this totally needs to be available in Apple Watch Secondly Apps like tidal are way more difficult to navigate within Musiccast than their app. Have to choose between better sound quality within Musiccast app or easier use but poorer sound quality of bluetooth
Flacky
Frustrating app, flaky connections. Dumb product. Glad I inherited it and didn’t pay for it.
Decent controller
Works well, doesn't look amazing but does the job.
Could be better
App crashes regularly. Freezes up. App needs to have Lock Screen accessibility so you can control it without faffing around unlocking your phone.
