useless with iOS16
The foto backup is not working any more! With the latest version 4.19.3 of the My Cloud OS5 App, the backup folders are triplicates! iPhone Camera Roll Backup (before 4.19.3) iPhone (2) Camera Roll Backup (4.19.3 and iOS 15.7) iPhone (3) Camera Roll Backup (4.19.3 and iOS 16.1) The backup progress is less than 1 file per 24h! Absolutely useless. Restarting the hardware does not help and WD support is helpless…
Seit Update nicht mehr nutzbar
Mit Windows 10 über PC seit letztem Update nicht mehr für Uploads geeignet. Eine direkte Verbindung über das Netzwerk ist auch nach Studium mehrerer Hilfe- und Forumsbeiträge für nicht ICT-Fachpersonen nicht mehr möglich. Ein Datenupload von mehreren Ordnern mit Dateien ist auch über die Webversion nicht mehr möglich. Somit ist eine schnelle, umfassende Datensicherung nicht mehr möglich. Vermutlich kann man dies über einen Netzwerkprofi einrichten lassen, das war aber vorher mit beschränktem Knowhow problemlos möglich. Schade, ich musste nun auf eine andere Lösung (cloudbasiert) umsteigen.

Je n’arrive ou comprends pas comment me connecter entre l’application et mon n’y cloud mirror . L’application est elle bien compatible avec tous les produits WD?

Funktioniert, dann wieder nicht, dann mal wieder neu aufsetzten, dann wieder alles weg. Und, unendlich langsam, so ein rfresh kann tage oder auch wochen dauern

Ist nicht schlecht
Bin überrascht wie gut es funktioniert.
Bémol
Il y a un bémol, en effet le profil admin autorisé au cloud se déconnecte, il faut donc régulièrement vérifier pour remettre l adresse mail et le mot de passe pour que je puisse à nouveau accéder au cloud
Anmeldung nur mit WD-Account möglich!!!!
Die Anmeldung bei My Cloud OS 3 ist mittels Code möglich - wieso ist das hier nicht machbar???? 😡
