Love it!!

Love this!! Store most all my pictures here so my phone doesn’t get full!!

Better interface

I really wish it had way more options to be able to play my music much better. It works to a certain extent but lacks so much for a music player.

Pros and Cons

Like everything, this app has its pros and cons. Pros: it’s affordable storage that you own rather than subscribe to. It’s easy to access on the go and can automatically backup your photos from your phone and tablet. Cons: if you accidentally delete something you can’t get it back without a data recovery company. It also lacks sorting options. For example, albums can only be sorted based on when they were added or created. I’d prefer to sort alphabetically. I gave it 4 stars instead of 3 because it feels more private than apple or google which might be sharing with AI or lord knows who else!

Organization Could Be Better

My only complaint is that the time stamp does not always match the iOS for whatever reason so it becomes a pain when I’m trying to organize photos by date.

Please add support to Apple TV

This is fine on IPad or iPhone - but we need it available on Apple TV.

Can’t download folders

A very very big miss in functionality is that you can’t download folders. I listen to a lot of audiobooks and want to easily import from my NAS to my book app. Obviously the developers don’t use audiobooks so for them I’ll explain. Audiobooks normally have multiple files with in a folder. I’ve had several books that had hundreds of files. Normally there is less than 15 files. So now I have to download file by file. This is unacceptable.

Still so much wrong with this app

I continuously have to view images from my pc as the app needs so much work, and always has. You cannot search within folders, it will always search everything on the drive. I cannot view long file names. I cannot see the thumbnails. To small. At least make the app zoomable. Just get some engineers on your team that actually use the product. That would be great. I am now reading about a company called ugreen that will be incorporating AI in the search for their nas systems. It gives the ability to search all your images by any keywords. When will WD do a true update to our drives. If you don’t my next upgrades will not be with you.

Works great just a big learning curve too many ifs and ands needs a more simple how to’s

Can’t do much

I can’t download an audio file to my phone for off-line use, I can’t search or filter by date I can’t rotate my phone to see more of the title…. Just not seeing how this is an improvement over the last application that let me do basically all of that.
