无法登陆，怎么回事
更新之后就无法登陆了，老显示服务器停止

需要登录后可以使用，即使是本地连接，但登录页面又无法连接，大概率被墙了，好几个月了都解决不了

遇到问题无处求助
不知道什么时候被强行退出登录，然后点登录就再也刷不出登录界面。之前OS3时还能用本地账号在局域网登录，这倒好，即使近在内网，不登录就是用不了。找遍了官方页面，别说客服电话了，微信或网页即时聊天也没有一个。只有个发邮件的表单页面。不知道是页面代码问题还是我浏览器的问题，反复填写两遍才算能提交，但就一直停留在“正在提交”的状态！
个人云
有了WD my cloud，建立了个人云，不管在哪里，只要有流量都能下载或存放文件、图片、视频音乐等，方便，快速，保密，並能自动作备份，使人感到安心、放心。平台软件越做越好。
不是很满意
不会自动连续上传、必须常在云界面时 且 手机屏幕常亮时，才会连续上传，否则就会中断上传。2、希望可以指定文件夹上传文件夹名称及内容！
服务一直连不上
服务一直连不上，登陆不了，客服说服务挂了，快一个月了也恢复不了
突然提示我账户链接错误，无法登陆
在本地面板中查看，账户已被注销，美国人的东西，果然是不靠谱
