When accessing the myCloud folder from the files app, and attempting to copy files to local storage or iCloud, it doesn’t work. Instead it shows a “no such file or directory” notification. Thus, remote access is nearly useless. Note that remote access is on myCloud EX2 using relay.

Ich nutze die App samt Festplatten seit Jahren und bin komplett zufrieden. Ich nutze es für meine Firma und kann immer und zuverlässig aus der Ferne auf meine Daten zugreifen. Auch im Heimnetzwerk läuft alles sehr sehr gut im Appleuniversum.

Seit gestern keine Cloudfunktion

Seit gestern funktioniert der Cloudzugriff nicht mehr. Alle Versuche es wieder hinzubekommen waren leider wirkungslos.

Das neueste Update funktioniert nicht

Die App iOS 5 ist auch nach dem aktuellem Update nicht zu gebrauchen. Film- sowie Musikdateien werden höchstens 30 Minuten abgespielt und dann folgt die Fehlermeldung: die Datei kann nicht abgespielt werden. Schade, vor einigen Wochen hat alles noch einwandfrei funktioniert
