Everything in could ask for. Just wish I could bulk download.

I have been using WDMyCloud for about 3-4 years. It is extremely helpful for me to store my projects and know that they are mine and that I can share how I choose. I just wish I could allow for bulk downloading of folders. Imagine I have 30 mp3s in a folder. When I am not at home, I have to download each file one by one, which is impracticable. This is one feature that is in need for remote access to be on par with a direct or home network hookup.

Que pena que se esqueçam dos vossos clientes mais antigos, agora a primeira cloud que vos compramos é para deitar fora pois não é atualizável nem podemos aceder remotamente, vamos ter em consideração esta vossa política na próxima aquisição que fizermos.

A autenticação na versão Apple ipad deixou de permitir autenticar, por isso não consigo usar o aplicativo. Após introdução das credenciais o botão de login não fica disponível e não permite prosseguir.

It can’t find my files

The app recognizes de NAS unit and find the root folder structure but says “nothing here yet” inside the backup folder, when in reality I have many Gigabytes of files backed up in there.
